Directly involved in the planning and organization of the Russian military invasion on February 24, 2022 in Ukraine. Plans and controls the conduct of current aviation operations of the Russian troops grouping in southern Ukraine. By order of M. GOSTEV, subordinate aviation units bombarded settlements and civilian infrastructure facilities in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odesa oblasts. One of the most cynical crimes is the targeted air strike on March 9, 2022 on the city hospital № 3 in Mariupol, as a result of which the children's and maternity departments of the hospital were completely destroyed, killing 5 people, incl. a woman in labor with a child, and 17 were injured. Involved in the preparation and organization of the use of missile tactical groups of S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems against the civilian population and civilian infrastructure in Zaporizhzhya and Mykolaiv. In particular, on October 1, 2022, an attack by S-300 missiles on a humanitarian convoy at the exit from the city of Zaporizhzhya, as a result of which 30 civilians were killed, incl. two children, and 88 were injured.

About the project
Russia's war crimes against Ukraine began on February 24, 2022. According to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, more than 54,000 Russian war crimes cases are currently being investigated in Ukraine. Numerous cases of destruction of housing infrastructure, killings of civilians and looting by the Russian military in the occupied Ukrainian territory have been reported.
This project collects evidence of war crimes in Ukraine, and those who committed them. The investigation has just begun and will continue until the last executioner is found. Everyone involved in crimes against the Ukrainian people will be here.
